Pioneer Florida Museum & Village

Joy-Lan Drive-In Movie Theater & Swap Shop
For 74 years, the Joy-Lan has been showing double features of first-run movies 5 nights a week. Listen to the show on your car’s FM radio or rent a speaker. Your leashed dog is welcome. Snack bar and cold drinks too!
Giraffe Ranch
Set on 47 acres of wilderness area, the Giraffe Ranch offers 5 kinds of safari-tours to see camels, rhinos, Brazilian tapirs, pygmy hippos, and, of course, giraffes. Tours are by internet reservation only.

The closest beach is Robert J Strickland Memorial Park, also known as Hudson Beach. It’s less than 30 miles away and is a favorite for swimming, dining, live music, kayaking, boating, and viewing the gorgeous sunsets. Grab your swimsuit and sunglasses!
Kumquat Festival
Dade City’s unique Annual Kumquat Festival happens every year in January. The festival features live music, arts & crafts vendors, food & drink booths, Kids Corral, a Quilt Show, the Car & Truck Show, and a taste of Kumquat Pie! Yummy!
